1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kkcuci platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Kkcuci supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods, including bank transfers (FPX), e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, and other online payment options. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

The terms and conditions relating to deposits and withdrawals are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 30 per request.
• Deposit Processing Time: Instant to 5 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Between 10 and 30 minutes for fully supported methods.

The general rules that all players must follow are as follows:

In cases of account suspension due to a breach of terms, kkcuci reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account pending the outcome of an investigation. If fraud is established, the balance may be fully forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

The kkcuci platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure uninterrupted operation at all times, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or security vulnerabilities.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, kkcuci shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Kkcuci's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.
